Purrsonal Touch was established in 1988 by Jan Wood, her daughter Caroline and two friends – Maggie Toliday and Helen Smith. Initially the company was a mail order business, but also traded at cat shows around the country. After a period of time, Maggie and Helen left the business, and it was at this time that Chris (Jan’s husband) came on board in a part time capacity to help out at the cat shows. Caroline left the business to form her own interior design company, but Purrsonal Touch continued to thrive. Chris retired from his occupation as a tree surgeon on 2005, and came into the business full time. In 2017, after many successful and happy years, we stopped trading at cat shows.

The mail order side of the business has been continuing to grow, and we hope that this website will bring a new dimension to the products we can provide for you, our customers.
